Meet the Team 

Our office is staffed with professional geologists, geotechnicians, GIS technicians and office staff to manage projects ranging in size from grass roots to mine site exploration.

Michael Thompson, HBSc, P.Geo President	With over 20 years of mineral exploration experience, Michael specializes in structural interpretation of gold deposits and has both gold and base metal exploration experience with Teck Resources, Placer Dome and Goldcorp.  He holds an Honours B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Toronto and is a professional geologist in good standing registered in Ontario.  Michael has held management and board positions with public and private companies and is currently President & CEO of Kesselren Resources Ltd. as well as sitting on the board of Red Metal Resources Ltd.
Caitlin Jeffs, HBSc, P.Geo Vice President	Caitlin received her Honours B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia.  She is a professional geologist in good standing in Ontario, with over 15 years of experience managing all aspects of exploration projects.  Caitlin’s expertise in GIS technology, 3D geological modelling and data management is a valued addition to the projects she manages. Caitlin is also the President, CEO and a director of Red Metal Resources Ltd. as well as sitting on the board of Kesselrun Resources Ltd.
Neil Pettigrew, MSc, P.Geo Vice President	Neil is a professional geologist in good standing registered in Ontario with over 20 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry receiving his Honours B.Sc. from the University of New Brunswick and his M.Sc. from the University of Ottawa. Neil has been employed as a Senior Precambrian Geoscientist with the Ontario Geological Survey and has worked for several junior and major companies in gold and Cu-Ni-PGE exploration. He has held officer and director positions at several TSX and TSX-V listed junior companies and is presently President & CEO and director of Edison Cobalt Corp. as well as Vice President Exploration and director of Palladium One Mining Inc.
Jordan Quinn, Geologist	Jordan is a professional geologist in good standing registered in Ontario receiving his Honours B.Sc. from Lakehead University. Jordan has honed his skills as an experienced gold explorationist, having worked for the Ontario Geological Survey as well as Barrick Gold, Newmont, Goldcorp and Rubicon Minerals. A skilled 3D modeler and database manager, Jordan has continually improved his skill set increasing his proficiency in a host of GIS programs as well as his Spanish language abilities.
Leah Clapp, Project Manager	Leah received her Honours B.Sc. in Geology from Lakehead University.  Her experience in GIS is augmented by her roles in surface exploration programs as well as underground production working for companies including Kirkland Lake Gold and Goldcorp.  Leah has rounded out her experience by working in a variety of roles around the globe, from Australia to Hong Kong and the UK.
